Last week, the CSSD led in preference for the first time after the ODS's long-term dominance.
The latest STEM poll shows that the Civic Democrats are supported by 27.5 percent of respondents, while the Social Democrats by 26.9 percent.

Czech opposition CSSD leads senior govt ODS - poll ... are negligible as they correspond to the statistical margin of error, that is up to 2.5 percent.
The preferences of the opposition Communists (KSCM) and the junior ruling Greens (SZ) have slightly increased to 12.1 and 9.4 percent respectively.
On the contrary, the preferences of the junior government Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) have dropped to the mere 5.7 percent, only slightly above the 5-percent parliamentary threshold.
