Communist leaders support monument to victims of communism ... and judges' duty to give information on their property. At present, a person who asks for information from an MP's property statement has to visit the Senate or the Chamber of Deputies to obtain a password. Under the amendment passed today, the password can be received by post and one can apply for it by e-mail. Journalists will also have the right to release data from politicians' property statements if the data point to a possible conflict of interest. The current law is rather unclear on this point.
