13.02.2008 - Three Czechs convicted for attempted sale of child to Britain
The child concerned was a nine-month-old daughter of one of them.
It turned out that the persons interested in the child were British journalists who were reporting on the sales of children.
Petr Zemianek who organised the transaction was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Vladimir Scasny, who lent the birth certificate and photograph of his daughter Karolina to Zemianek, got a two-year suspended sentence.
