Actors Courteney Cox and David Arquette have asked friends to help raise $1m (Ј504,000) for a foundation which helps those with an incurable skin condition.
The couple are on the honorary advisory board of the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation, along with Cox's former co-star Jennifer Aniston.

Stars including Aniston, Orlando Bloom and Kate Beckinsale are to support her.
They, as well as celebrities such as Eva Longoria Parker and James Marsden, have all pledged to help raise awareness and funds for the foundation.
'Fast pace'
Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) is a genetic condition which causes internal organs to blister and the skin to ulcerate and disintegrate at the touch.
Burn-like sores can cover sufferers and these do not heal.
Cox has appealed to her friends to generate the money within a fortnight.
"Now is such an important time to put the spotlight on EB and ensure that research can continue at a fast pace," she said in a statement released to the Associated Press.
"EB is very personal to me so I'm happy to be a part of this $1 million challenge."
