Eight of 11 ministers the paper addressed said Topolanek (senior government Civic Democrats, ODS) should not go to Beijing this summer.
The remaining three ministers said it is up to Topolanek to make the decision.
All four ministers for the Greens are strongly against visiting the Olympic Games because of violation human rights in Tibet, the paper writes.

"I believe the Olympic Games are a sports event and the participation of politicians makes no sense," Labour Minister Petr Necas (ODS) told the paper.
Agriculture Minister Petr Gandalovic (ODS), too, said Topolanek should no go to Beijing.
Health Minister Tomas Julinek, Interior Minister Ivan Langer (both ODS) and Finance Minister Miroslav Kalousek (KDU-CSL) said they believe that Topolanek should decide on his participation himself.
