Former Siemens CEO and supervisory board director Heinrich von Pierer could face potential consequences from the electronics giant for his role in a slush fund scandal.
The German business daily "Handelsblatt" reports that the current supervisory board has been presented three instances of corruption in which von Pierer did not act correctly.
