UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has expressed his frustration over the stalled efforts to relieve survivors of Burma's recent cyclone. At a press conference in New York, Ban called the Burmese regime's actions "unacceptably slow", and urged the country's generals to accept outside help.
On Monday, three French and US planes landed in Rangoon with more than 100 tons of medical and other aid.
