Bangladeshi officials have recovered at least 36 dead bodies from a ferry that capsized overnight during a tropical storm in northern Bangladesh.
More than 50 people are still missing. Local government administrator Sultan Ahmed said the death toll from the accident which occured late on Monday could rise because some of those missing were feared trapped inside the sunken ferry.
