NBA heading back to London ... Downing Street, on the second day of his two-day visit to the UK. The leaders are expected to focus on the Middle East, fuel and food prices after Bush has breakfast with Tony Blair, now a Middle East envoy. Earlier, after dinner at Downing street with Brown, Bush told British media that the US and its allies had "defeated" al-Qaeda militants in Iraq. This after he stressed that troop withdrawals from Iraq should not be based on arbitrary timetables. Earlier, protestors clashed with riot police near the prime minister's residence. Police say they made 25 arrests.
