The psychological state of inmates will be assessed by courts annually. At present, such perpetrators are placed by a court order in psychological clinics from which they can easily escape.
Escaping from the detention centres will be much more difficult, Pospisil said.. The Justice Ministry will establish two such centres in the first phase - in Brno and Opava. The Brno centre is ready and can house 48 inmates. The centre in Opava, that will be temporary, will house 100 to 150 people, Pospisil said.
