At the European football championship: Italy has qualified for the quarter-finals after beating France 2-0.
In Tuesday's second Group C match the Netherlands clinched a 2-0 win against Romania. Italy will face Spain in the quarter-finals and the Netherlands will take on either Russia or Sweden.
