Mourinho gives Man Utd advantage ... held liable for failing to prevent the genocide of Bosnian Muslims at Srebrenica, lawyers for victims' families have argued in a Dutch court.
Relatives of the victims of the 1995 massacre by Bosnian Serbs have asked the court to waive United Nations immunity and allow them to seek damages. Bosnian Serb forces commanded by Ratko Mladic massacred 8,000 Muslim men and boys from Srebrenica, a town declared safe and guarded by Dutch UN soldiers. Lawyers for about 6,000 relatives of Srebrenica victims filed the civil case against the Dutch state and the United Nations last year. In November, the Hague court dismissed Dutch pleas that the case should be dropped.
