A number of African countries, as well as Britain and the United States have said the vote will not be fair due to violence against opposition supporters. European leaders threatened President Robert Mugabe's regime with further sanctions on Friday, due to the reports of violence. Zimbabwe's ruling Zanu-PF party blames the opposition Movement for Democratic Change for the bloodshed, however the United Nations says the Presidents supporters are responsible for the bulk of attacks.
