The Olympic torch relay has completed one of its most sensitive legs without incident.
The flame was carried along an 11-kilometre-long route through Tibet's capital, Lhasa. This comes three months after the biggest anti-China protests in decades led to deadly clashes between demonstrators and police. Security was tight as the torch was paraded past a crowd that had been carefully selected by the authorities.
