plans to build a radar base on Czech soil within its anti-missile shield. Wolf said previously, however, he would vote with his deputy group that is opposed to the radar. In January 2007 deputies Milos Melcak and Michal Pohanka, who were elected for the CSSD, sided with the centre-right government, allowing it to win confidence in the Chamber of deputies. They were later expelled from the party. Evzen Snitily who supported President Vaclav Klaus in his re-election bid in February has also been expelled from the CSSD.
