Militants in Nigeria have attacked an oil supply pipeline in the Niger Delta. The attack, which took place Thursday near Chevron's Escravos oilfields, prompted the shutdown of some production. A Nigerian military official said output was cut by 120,000 barrels per day due to the incident.
