Meanwhile, at least 60 people were confirmed dead and at least 60 others missing after Typhoon Fengshen lashed the Philippines for a second day on Sunday, packing winds of up 120 kilometres per hour. Tens of thousands were left stranded in flash floods caused by the storm's heavy rains and strong winds, which also knocked out power and caused extensive damage to buildings.
