Poland might complete talks on U.S.
base in autumn - official ... Four coalition soldiers were killed and two others injured when insurgents opened fire on their convoy near Kandahar city. The nationalities of those four servicemen have not been released. Elsewhere, a Polish soldier was killed and four others were wounded when their patrol was hit by an improvised explosive device in the south-eastern province of Paktika.
