Bush in Egypt for Mid-East talks ... made the announcement after talks between Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Israeli President Ehud Olmert in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
Before the talks, Mubarak told reporters that Egypt was working to win Gilad Shalit's release. He was the Israeli soldier kidnapped two years ago on the Gaza border. Israel and the Islamist movement Hamas, which runs Gaza, have been unable to agree on conditions for Shalit's release.
