North Korea has submitted a long-awaited formal declaration regarding its nuclear programme to China according to the Chinese foreign ministry.
Deputy Chinese Foreign Minister Wu Dawei said earlier the United States would as a consequence remove North Korea from a list of state sponsors of terrorism.
