Iran's state television is reporting that a court has sentenced a man to death for spying for Israel.
The man was identified as Ali Ashtari, an electronics trader connected with military procurements. He was first arrested in 2007 and now has 20 days to appeal his sentence. Israel's foreign ministry said it was not familiar with the case.
