One-third of Czechs (32 percent) believe the opposite will be true. The survey showed that the citizens of most new EU member countries tend to be optimistic on the issue.

Western media 'demonises' China ... guarantee a good job for a person in 2028. Unlike the population of the old EU countries, Czechs do not fear that they would earn less money because of competition from China and India. Only 14 percent of Czechs said they were seriously concerned about the problem and 26 percent said they were concerned about it. The survey was conducted among 25,000 citizens of 27 EU countries in April.
